Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I had a nail in my tire and stopped in at the Service Street Tire on N. Carefree in Colorado Springs. Nicole checked me in & Isiah took care of the issue right away, he repaired the tire quickly and efficiently without any hassle. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional the entire time. In and out in no time with a perfect repair. This is the kind of honest, fast service you hope for but don’t always get. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future tire needs. Thank you, Isiah!

Truly a great deal of gratitude and respect for Langston and this Service Street. They have helped me so much over last couple months accompanied by great prices and deals. Langston has been so helpful and respectful of me and not knowing anything about cars and him explaining how things are being fixed. Very honest and reasonable pricing.

Came to town from Minnesota a youth tournament and found out my wheel bearing was damaged. Googled for help (focused on shops that kept Saturday business hours) and Service Street came up. Called and spoke to Nicole, and two hours later my car was good as new. Nicole and the staff were VERY friendly, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. The latter meant a lot to me since I went to them based on reviews on Google and with no prior experience with the business. My family made it home safe and sound with no issues thanks to Service Street!

Edit 2: upgrade to 5 stars. - relationship started bumpy but after my second time here, I can say theyre good people, honest, and hard working. Got me in last minute and I can't complain. Edit: customer service improved when I pointed out my misgivings. The work product did get done one day late (from the day I was quoted), but this was due to shipping company being late.... They are still overpriced, and I highly recommend taking their quote to 3 or 4 other shops -- service street will price match, but you have to do the work up front, and they definitely do not price-compete. Increase from 3 stars to 4.5 stars. Original: 1). Overpriced 2). Poor customer service 3). Delayed work product 1} They quoted me $1,200 for a part that is $600 MSRP and $400 wholesale. They overquoted me on the work as well. After they inspected my car, and gave me a quote, I sent their quote off to several other mechanics and got a reduction in price from $2100 to $1400 (only because the shop will do price matching, but you have to do the extra work). 2}. I called yesterday about the part and I was told I would get a call back and didn't I called today and was told I would get a call back, and didn'

I was referred here by some colleagues who had great experiences. Langston helped me get my coolant reservoir replaced, and Nicole also did a great job explaining how everything worked. The whole process was smooth and my service was completed in less than an hour. Really appreciate the help and professionalism!
